Employee Grievance Process

 

FISD requests that all FISD employees follow the District’s employee complaint process as outlined in Board Policy DGBA (LEGAL) and DGBA (LOCAL) when questions, concerns, or issues arise. Using this established process allows the District to ensure consistency, fairness, and timely review and resolution.

The District’s preferred and first step in the complaint process is to resolve concerns informally whenever possible. Steps 1 through 3 in the tab below describe the informal resolution process.
