Friendswood High School Mustangs Varsity Tennis team competed at the District 22 5-A Regional meet on April 28 and 29 at the Blythe Calfee Tennis Center in Willis, Texas.
Proudly representing FISD at the Regional Tournament were 10 varsity players with 6 players advancing to State. The 5A and 6A State Tournaments will be held at the Northside Tennis Center in San Antonio, Texas on May 20 and 21.
The Mustangs claimed the top spot as Regional Champs in Mixed Doubles. Quinn Radtke and Carson Crow earned this distinction.
Two other doubles teams also advanced, congratulations to both of the following duos: Adri McElwain and Enrique Castillo; Leah Block and Elle Moss.
