Join our 2023-2024 “Friendswood ISD Focus Team!”
Dear Friendswood Parents,
Are you interested in learning more about teaching and learning areas of focus in Friendswood ISD, such as authentic learning, curriculum, social and emotional learning, technology integration, special programs, and more? Are you interested in gaining an insider's view of classrooms across our district?
If you answer yes, we invite you to become a valued member of our "Friendswood ISD Focus" team for the 2023-2024 term. Over the school year, this team will convene four times, focusing on specific areas of instructional emphasis. Our agenda includes visits to FISD campuses and classrooms, providing insights into the remarkable endeavors spanning our Pre-Kindergarten through 12th-grade educational landscape. You'll gain insights into instructional priorities and programs and have the chance to witness them firsthand in action, interacting with teachers and students.
To become a part of the "Friendswood Focus Team," please take a moment to complete the form linked here. We have allocated spots for 25 members in our upcoming 2023-2024 team. The final selection process will involve a lottery system. To ensure your consideration, please submit your response by Friday, September 8, 2023.
Before proceeding with the linked form, kindly make note of the dates for the four enriching learning sessions planned for this spring. Your commitment to attending all four sessions is essential.
