Public Grievance Process
FISD requests that all community members follow the District’s public complaint process as outlined in Board Policy GF (LEGAL) and GF (LOCAL) when questions, concerns, or issues arise. Using this established process allows the District to ensure consistency, fairness, and timely review and resolution.
The District’s preferred and first step in the complaint process is to resolve concerns informally whenever possible. Steps 1 through 3 in the tab below describe the informal resolution process.
